About this role:

CyberArk is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst within the Business Analytics team to drive meaningful insight and action while improving operational performance across Customer Success. You will be responsible for providing business intelligence to improve day-to-day internal operations as well as analyzing customer data to inform engagement and intervention decisions. You will partner with Customer Success leaders to define functional KPIs and build corresponding dashboards.  You will lead analytical projects and requests from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate is a driven, passionate problem solver who can frame analytic approaches to address critical business questions and then conduct analysis and build reports to identify insights and actions. You work closely with members of Customer Success, Support, Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and other analysts in the Business Analytics team.

 

What you will do:

  • Apply structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven approach to generate insights, trends, implications, and actions related to Customer Success
  • Partner closely with Customer Success leadership to define, develop, and validate KPIs; develop automated views to measure and track daily, monthly, quarterly performance of KPIs
  • Provide rich insight into customer engagement and behavior through analyzing firmographic, usage, support, and financial data
  • Design, build, deliver, and maintain best-in-class actionable reporting using Tableau for all areas of the Customer Success Organization
  • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and delivered in an accessible manner
  • Drive adoption and usage of reporting and KPI metrics
  • Lead discussions with Customer Success leaders and managers to help understand product usage and user behavior that will facilitate data-driven decision making
  • Act as a leader and resource for other analysts within CyberArk

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics or Customer Success operations
  • Advanced Tableau development skills
  • Expert SQL knowledge used to analyze, modify, and filter data
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce.com data and reporting
  • Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and tell a story with data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk colleagues

The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $115,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
