Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Operations Lead to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be supporting the growth of the EMEA business and its people within all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment, on and off boarding, employee relations, wellness and social programmes, vendor management, benefits, policies, systems management and more. You are expected to influence and interpret EMEA business direction into tactical plans and promote a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration, simplicity, ongoing improvement, and creating an excellent employee experience. You will lead the HR Operations, including office management and Talent Acquisition teams.


  • Leading the HR operations and admin team to ensure delivery of an efficient and consistent employee experience.
  • Leading the Talent Acquisition team to support the business growth.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, feedback, and recognition to all team members. Accountability for the day-to-day performance of the team.
  • Manging the day-to-day activities of the employee life cycle while collaborating with all areas within HR department (such as HRIS, L&D, Comp&Ben) and outside (Finance, legal, IT).
  • Proactively look to improve ways of working to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.
  • Managing, Reviewing, and coming up with solutions to improve processes and day-to-day operations, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, annual leave, absence management, and other people related issues/processes across EMEA in line with Cyberark’s processes, ensuring they’re seamless and compliant with country legislation controls.
  • Leading and supporting both local and global HR and business initiatives and projects.
  • Initiating and Leading EMEA HR special projects (Introduction of new policies and procedures across EMEA, establishment of local European entities, collaborating with employer of record providers, and more)
  • Maintaining and enhancing CyberArk’s strong sense of community, inclusion, and culture by leading engagement, Initiating Social events, Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion, Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility programs, boost employees’ satisfaction, morale, and retention.
  • Supporting the HRBP team to ensure new or changed HR products, services, processes, or policies are communicated, planned, and implemented effectively across the Business. Be a point of contact for the HRBP for all employee relations matters.
  • Maintaining and improving EMEA people data and ensuring data integrity by cleansing and regularly auditing data in our systems.


  • 10+ years of HR Operations management and/or Generalist experience.
  • At least 5 - 8 years of experience working as HR Leader within HR Operations /Shared Services or as an HR manager, with proven capability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
  • Previous experience working in an EMEA wide role- is a must
  • Previous experience managing TA teams
  • A go-getter, with excellent time management skills, can multitask, work independently, prioritize workloads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customers focus mindset. You are passionate about employee experience and driving continuous improvement for all processes.
  • A flexible, creative, proactive approach to identifying gaps and needs, challenging the status quo and providing solutions.
  • Strong people skills to build excellent team relationships within the team and inter-departmentally. Collaborative style and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Results and delivery oriented with strong project management skills to ensure delivery of agreed tasks within required deadlines.
  • Good understanding of principles and practice of employment law.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
