What you will do:

As a member of the Finance team the Sr. Payroll Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of multiple payrolls for United States and Canada. Reporting to the SVP of Finance for the Americas, this individual will have management oversight for a team of three and will be the ultimate authority on payroll matters including income reporting and taxation, compliance and overall payroll operations.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll team to accurately and timely process bi-weekly & semi-monthly payrolls
  • Manage the CyberArk 401k and the Canada RRSP plans
  • Manage and perform tasks required for the CyberArk stock plans, RSU, ISO & ESPP
  • Complete state and local registration for withholding & unemployment taxes
  • Perform tasks required for month end, quarter end and year end
  • Participate in Corporate, SOX, 401k and Workers Compensation Audits
  • Partner with the HR organization on the maintenance of employee data in ADP
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of ADP


How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • 8-10 years of experience managing complex US and Canadian payroll processes
  • Knowledge of federal, provincial, and state laws related to payroll, taxation, deduction hierarchy, and benefits
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience with ADP 
  • Experience managing a team of payroll professionals
  • Experience managing a 401k and restricted stock programs
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targets & deadlines
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in written and verbal form across all levels of the organization
