 What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for an experienced ServiceNow implementor.

Role requires responsibility over development and support of ServiceNow implementation while working closely with ServiceNow project manager to execute ServiceNow IT implementation strategy

· Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM, Knowledge, within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems

· Developing, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications

· Consuming Knowledge regarding the latest developments in ServiceNow platform

· Training, documentation, and support to the organizational teams

· Maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc.

· Manage ServiceNow software upgrades and patching lifecycles

· Collaborate with colleagues as a technical mentor, sharing technical information, knowledge, and expertise

What you need to succeed:

· 1-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow implementer or developer – a must

· Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools

· Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and efficiently

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer-centric with an ability to understand customer needs

· Highly organized, motivated, and creative

· High English proficiency - a must

· Ability to travel 1-2 times a year

How will you stand out from the crowd:

· Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, information science, management information systems (or equivalent field) – an advantage
