Solutions Engineer Returnship (Remote)

What you will do:

The CyberArk Returnship program is a paid 6-month program currently as a remote position for people who have had an extended break from full-time work and would like to reconnect with their career.

During the Returnship, you will refresh your existing technical knowledge and sales skills to solve customer problems using CyberArk technology. You will refine your presentation skills with demo coaching, your technical skills with hands-on workshops, and your sales skills by supporting other Solutions Engineers throughout deals. CyberArk will ensure you have access to the training and the support you need to feel empowered to re-enter the workforce with confidence.

Upon successful completion of the program, there will be an opportunity to apply for full-time employment.


What you need to succeed:

  • The ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Ability to Identify and remediate technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
  • Communicate the CyberArk value and be able to design an optimal solution for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments
  • Work directly with other global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, and administration to ensure the long-term success of our customers and the company.


What will make you stand out from the crowd:

  • Administration experience with Directory Services (LDAP, AD, Federation, Bridging), Identity and Access Management solutions, Identity Governance solutions and platform support (Windows, Linux, databases, network) 
  • Experience with IaaS/PaaS administration and support within cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable
  • Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences 
  • Capable of understanding the technical aspects of a complex system.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem solving. Demonstrates the ability to think through situations outside the norm and develop appropriate solutions for isolating the root cause.
  • Ability and desire to learn products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills 
  • Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills.
  • Industry recognized certifications are highly desirable (i.e. CISSP, CEH)
