What you will do:

CyberArk is looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and focused Solutions Architect who will be focused on the technical success of our Cloud Security solutions. This engineer will work closely with our Go to Market and Product teams to support our most strategic solutions for Cloud Privileged Access, Entitlement and Governance. This Engineer will be mainly customer facing working on go-to-market messaging, demonstrations as well as assisting new customers with their initial use cases. This role is part of the GTM team that is ultimately responsible for the success of our innovative Cloud Access solutions. The Solutions Engineer must demonstrate value during presentations, articulate technical value, pair with CyberArk solutions, and provide technical knowledge and experience to earn customer trust.

 

This role is seen internally and externally as a technical expert on the relevant CyberArk solutions and Cloud security in general, as well as an industry expert in identity and secrets management.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement around CyberArk Cloud security solutions. 
  • Identify enablement gaps and develop / recommend materials to address those gaps.
  • Work with new customers of the solutions to assist with adoption and gaining value of initial use cases   
  • Create material to assist customers and partners in the use and concepts of the CyberArk Cloud solutions
  • When needed, conduct and ensure success of customer deployments as well as proof-of-concepts  (POCs)
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams at CyberArk, our Partners and customers to ensure timely resolution to technical roadblocks
  • Collect and deliver constant feedback to CyberArk’s product management team to influence product direction and champion the voice of the field.
  • Work with Customers on early access to new features and capabilities related to Cloud security in order to provide feedback and ensure success of new solutions.
  • Earn customer and field trust by demonstrating expertise in Cloud security and the relevant CyberArk solutions.
  • A deep understanding of at least one of the major Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Security best practices

 

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally to deliver solutions.
  • Experience navigating enterprise scale sales cycles.
  • An understanding of security concepts specifically around Cloud Workloads and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Process oriented with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment; adaptable.
  • Travel as needed (under 20%).
  • Previous exposure to Cloud first, Cloud native, Cloud transformation Customers or Partners
  • Previous exposure to cyber security specific to Identity preferred.  
  • Knowledge of DevOps related technology preferred – i.e., containerization, config management, CI/CD, etc. Fluent with the SDLC and agile build methodologies.
