What You Will Do:

CyberArk is looking for Solution Strategy Architect (SA) that will combine technical knowledge with sales skills and is ultimately responsible for working with CyberArk's largest Enterprise customers. The Solution Strategy Architect will be a part of the Solution Strategy team - they will be the primary technical resource for the CyberArk's Sales and Solution Engineers Team in APJ and will be involved in the enablement and training of CyberArk's Solutions Engineers.

The SA will work in conjunction with the sales team and Product Management as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions. Therefore, this person must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The SA must be able to identify all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Above all, we are looking for someone who can communicate the CyberArk value and be able to design an optimal solution for complex customer infrastructure and identity environments on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Product Management teams to develop roadmap and product strategy
• Conduct customer proof-of-concepts (POCs) with CyberArk's largest and most strategic Enterprise customers
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement around CyberArk technology. Use your knowledge of DevOps concepts to understand and align with customer needs, matching their problems with CyberArk solutions.
• Work with CyberArk Sales and Partners on complex identity security projects
• Enable CyberArk's Solutions Engineers to solve Enterprise identity security challenges
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
• Document client feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams
• Develop technical knowledge of CyberArk and associated technologies
• Present and evangelize during tradeshows and customer events

What You Need To Succeed:

• 8+ years as Solution Engineer / Architect for DevSecOps products & solutions

• Strong experience with DevOps related technology – i.e., containerization, config management, CI/CD, etc. Fluent with the SDLC, agile build methodologies and software supply chain

• Subject Matter Expert understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical and regulatory requirements
• Prior experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions.
• Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills
• Strong business acumen- be able to grow and build an opportunity alongside the sales team as well as manage technical aspects of an opportunity where a channel has not been able to support
• Knowledge in container orchestration such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Tanzu etc.
• Knowledge in SCM tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and common CI/CD tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
• Experience with Cloud Services - AWS, Google, Azure
• Enterprise application authentication experience a plus (ie, .NET, Java, CLI, REST API)
• Scripting and Postman knowledge is a must. Development experience (Go, Python, Ruby, Java, .Net) is preferred
• Experience with Serverless applications and API Gateway is a plus
