What will you do:

 

  • Full ownership of travel policy including updates, common and best practices and follow-up with travelers.
  • Gather, produce, and analyze global travel data. Communication of relevant data to management via periodic reports.
  • Various Travel tools administrator such as Global booking tool, global expense reimbursement tool, travel credit cards etc.
  • Provide Support, training and guidance for employees to all travel systems, processes and policies.
  • Travel coordinator and support for company special events and gatherings.
  • Address for employees with all travel and booking related issues.
  • Point of contact for travel systems vendors – enhancement requests tracking, system improvements initiatives, real time problem solving for employees.
  • Level of service global coordinator.
  • Manage relationships and build partnerships to ensure corporate travelers receive exceptional customer service and secure best rates.
  • Global insurance, visa and travel documents admin for employees.
  • Ensure and establish travel efficiency by utilizing special bonus plans, points and loyalty plans (credit cards, airlines, and hotels).
  • Track and approve overseas gatherings to align to approved budget.
  • Support procurement with Ad hock travel related assignments.

 

 

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a travel manager, preferably from a high-tech company
  • Travel industry expert with proven knowledge of best practices
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing corporate travel platforms such us Expensify, Egencia, Trip Actions, and similar tools
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Good organizational, management and negotiation skills
