What will you do:
- Full ownership of travel policy including updates, common and best practices and follow-up with travelers.
- Gather, produce, and analyze global travel data. Communication of relevant data to management via periodic reports.
- Various Travel tools administrator such as Global booking tool, global expense reimbursement tool, travel credit cards etc.
- Provide Support, training and guidance for employees to all travel systems, processes and policies.
- Travel coordinator and support for company special events and gatherings.
- Address for employees with all travel and booking related issues.
- Point of contact for travel systems vendors – enhancement requests tracking, system improvements initiatives, real time problem solving for employees.
- Level of service global coordinator.
- Manage relationships and build partnerships to ensure corporate travelers receive exceptional customer service and secure best rates.
- Global insurance, visa and travel documents admin for employees.
- Ensure and establish travel efficiency by utilizing special bonus plans, points and loyalty plans (credit cards, airlines, and hotels).
- Track and approve overseas gatherings to align to approved budget.
- Support procurement with Ad hock travel related assignments.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a travel manager, preferably from a high-tech company
- Travel industry expert with proven knowledge of best practices
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in setting up and managing corporate travel platforms such us Expensify, Egencia, Trip Actions, and similar tools
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Good organizational, management and negotiation skills
