What you will do:

CyberArk is seeking a VP Product Marketing to launch CyberArk’s products and services in the market, to enable the sales and partner facing teams, and to oversee the growth plans for the company’s portfolio. The Product Marketing organization is responsible for defining the positioning of CyberArk’s platform and for developing a differentiated narrative around CyberArk’s innovation. You will play a strategic role with the executive leadership team to identify strategic market opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and competitive landscape, as well as your intimate understanding of buyers’ pain points and journey. Your role is critical in evangelizing our portfolio value story both internally and externally to customers, partners, analysts and media.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities for CyberArk’s product portfolio, targeting the right buyers and partnering with key strategic partners
  • Develop effective and differentiated messaging to explain CyberArk’s value proposition across products, services and platform, and that resonates with our key audiences and persona
  • Oversee and provide direction for research, analysis and documentation of market requirements, including trends, economic factors and competitive landscape 
  • Partner with Product Management teams, Business Unit leaders and Sales organization to design the strategies, tactics and resource alignment necessary to achieve corporate objectives 
  • Provide insights and support to company leadership in the identification and development of new product offerings 
  • Partner with the brand and editorial teams to elevate thought leadership and storytelling that will contribute to establish CyberArk as the leader in Identity Security
  • Design content architecture for products and coordinate with internal resources and external agencies for creation of effective content for the company’s website, demand campaigns and sales enablement 
  • Work closely with the sales and partner enablement team to train and equip customer and partner facing teams with outstanding materials and content
  • Oversee launch planning for new products and collaborate with marketing teams to drive business performance. 
  • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to the Product Marketing team members
  • Manage the hiring, development and retention of marketing talent
  • Reporting to the CMO, this leadership role plays an active part in the Marketing Executive team, bringing a product perspective to every key initiative and participating actively in quarterly reviews and annual strategic planning

 

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant marketing experience
  • BSC/MSC or MBA degree in communications, journalism or marketing
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven successful experience in building and growing market leading cybersecurity businesses, preferably working in hypergrowth B2B environments - globally
  • Relationship builder, trusted advisor and a system thinker with the ability to influence and connect the dots between a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume of strategic work as well as deliver excellent execution while being accurate and paying attention to details
  • Highly motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic and hands-on leader with experience building and managing large, distributed teams
  • Creative thinking – ability to turn complex issues into memorable and engaging messages
  • Storyteller – with expertise in cybersecurity space to develop modern and differentiated positioning, messaging and stories
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives 

 

Preference for the role to be based (hyrbid) in Newton, MA.
