What you will do:

CyberArk is looking for an experienced Federal Civilian Account Executive with a solid understanding of how to sell to the Government, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. By representing CyberArk’s Identity Security portfolio, you will drive the continued adoption of our cybersecurity solutions and how they map to Zero Trust, ICAM and Regulatory Compliance mandates. This position requires the ability to articulate CyberArk’s Identity Security portfolio to agency executives and stakeholders. Experience working closely with Federal contractors, programs, buying vehicles and certifications is preferred. 

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans for 3-5 large Civilian agencies

 

  • Understand and communicate CyberArk’s role in satisfying cybersecurity requirements and mandates

 

  • Collaborate closely with Channel partners to discover, develop, and closing opportunities

 

  • Identify customer’s primary business issues and match technical use case solutions

 

  • Stay current on agency specific cybersecurity adoption plans and funding priorities

 

  • Support both internal and partner marketing campaigns and events

 

  • Participate in various industry events, including tradeshows, webinars, and industry conferences

 

  • Work regularly with Salesforce, Clari, 6Sense, Tableau and other sales tools

 

  • Manage quarterly and annual sales expectations and work effectively with supporting resources

 

  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Federal sales, with success closing large deals (1M+ annually)

 

  • Experience with enterprise solution-based selling in the Technology/IT sector

 

  • Proven track record of success (consistent quota achievement)

 

  • Proven sales methodology and negotiation skills

 

  • Knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce)

 

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while achieving quota

 

  • Works well in a matrix organization

 

  • Ideally experience in indirect selling and working with Channel Partners

 

  • Creative problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take the initiative

 

  • Self-Motivated and persistent with a desire to grow with the company

 

  • Ability to embrace the CyberArk culture

 

  • Some travel outside of the office and/or country will be required
